Managed the Right Way

At Physiotherapy On The Green, we provide specialist sports rehabilitation designed to help you return to sport as quickly, safely, and effectively as possible. Whether you are a competitive athlete or enjoy sport recreationally, our aim is to help you recover fully and perform at your best.

Ian has worked with players at Brighton & Hove Albion FC Women’s Football Club, delivering high-level injury rehabilitation and performance-focused treatment. This experience has helped develop a strong understanding of the physical demands placed on athletes and the most effective ways to support recovery.

Alongside this, he has collaborated with physiotherapists from the Great Britain Olympic Team during the ACPSEM accreditation process, further refining advanced skills in sports injury rehabilitation and return-to-performance planning.

This combination of elite-level experience and evidence-based practice allows us to deliver professional-level sports rehabilitation to athletes of all abilities.

We understand that returning to sport is not just about being pain-free — it is about restoring strength, movement, confidence and performance.
